The JPL System was designed for a "paperless" working
environment, however it is possible print out the entire workbook as
follows:
In Excel 2003:
>Choose file (If not visible, right click your mouse and choose "full
screen off")
>Print
>Print window appears
>Under "print what?" Choose "entire workbook" >
Print
Note: There is one page that must be set up manually first. Do this:
Choose the "forecast" button from the JPL main page. Then click the
"previous year data" button to get the "previous year data" sheet.
Open the print preview from the context menu (right click mouse).
Choose "page setup" and then choose "landscape" and "fit to" 1
page wide by 1 page tall.
In Excel 2007:
The procedure is similar:
>First choose "full screen off" from context menu
>Click on the Office button (upper left corner)
>Choose "print"
>Then "print" (again)
Then follow procedure as per Excel 2003.
