    1. How do I create and/or change shortcuts when using
the JPL Estimating System? (22/01/08)   Answer

way to do this?  (29/01/08)  Answer

    3. When creating passwords, the user guide recommends using a
combination of numbers and letters in both upper and lower case. Can I
    use numbers only?
    (30/01/08) Answer:

    4. I moved one of my estimating files to another folder so that 2
computers could work on the file at the same time. When I tried to open
my estimating file later I got the following message "runtime error.
Invalid procedure or argument". (2/02/08) What does this mean?
    (1/02/08)  Answer

    5.  I copied my JPL Estimating System to a network folder (shared-
location). Now when I try to open the JPL  "Help" file, I get an error
message. Even when I try to open the help file (.chm file) separately, it
does not work. I don't have this problem when I try to open "Help" on
my computer. What am I doing wrong? (5/02/08)  Answer

    6.  We have 2 PCs and one of them is acting as a server. I moved the
estimating folder from my C drive to the "shared documents" location on
my computer. Now I am unable to open any estimates and get a  "run
time error." What should I do now? (8/02/08) Answer

    7. After entering data in the  Personnel Costs module, it seems that the
"supervisor's/foreperson's average wage including benefits" is not
averaging out correctly, i.e. according to the number of employees
entered. What can I do to fix this? (11/02/08) Answer

    8. I’d like to print all the worksheets from the JPL System, so that I can
send these to our accountant. That way she can enter the financial data
from the previous year. Do I need to print sheet by sheet? Answer

    9. Sometimes when I use Excel on my computer, (not the JPL application)
and I "left click", the regular menu does not come up. Instead, I get
“print preview, print screen” which is what comes up when I "left click" in
the JPL application.  How can I avoid this from happening in regular
    Excel? Answer
